It is ridiculous that my package does not show that it is on a truck for delivery. No money back guarantee? You're stealing people's money And don't care. I guess that's why your stock dropped $16 the other day.

Horrible. Tracked my package all the way up to delivery date only to check when I didn't receive it to find it got sent right back to where it came from to start process all over! Went from being here 13-15 to 16 to 18 to 19 to 24th now. MERRY CHRISTMAS son your gift won't make it!!!

Four phone calls and still no package

Tried to track packages last update was 3 days ago.

A note was left on my door but no one knocked or rang the doorbell. I was at home. This is not good customer service.

Left package by side of road; not on steps or porch as they stated!

Package was scheduled to be delivered on 12/18 by end of day, was in transit in Seekonk, Ma at 15:41. Checked most of the night, called today & spoke to a customer service rep, same info, same place, no idea of estimated delivery date - pathetic service. Heard on the news Amazon is dropping Fed Ex - smart move!!!
