I placed an online order that was shipped out on December 5. Still have not received this package and today is December 18.

Never have received my package and it's been at facility since 3:22am and is pending delivery. We be telling anyone not to use FedEx. Poor service, don't care.

Quick service, very convenient. Deliver within 2 days

They have been right on time every order. You can track your package up to the time of delivery. They give you an option to get a text or email when order is delivered.

Terrible, delivery delays without explanation

My package has been in Ohio since 7:00 AM December 15th. It is now December 18th.

They give you a delivery date and it's not there

Package had been sitting at the Independence , KY. Location. This is the 18th. Still not here.

Still have not received the package that had yesterday's delivery date

You don’t update the tracking information, it’s horrible!

Following the tracking on line. They report that it was on the truck and out for delivery at 6:45 am. Not till 6:30 pm the report that it didn't leave there facility and won't be delivered until the next business day. Someone needs to get there head out of there ass and input the correct information so I'm not waiting all day so some idiot Don't steal it off my pouch. It's pure B.S.

Drivers don't deliver packages when it gets dark.

1 week before Christmas and they just had 1 man doing everything including printing, cutting . Waited over 1 hour terrible customer service....

I sent a package from FedEx last Thursday the guy who waited on me said it would be there Saturday 14th today's is Tuesday 17th and now there not sure were it's at the said he would get it by Christmas lol.

I'll never use or recommend ur service to anyone. Package was scheduled for delivery before today now it says the 20th LOUSY SERVICE don't use it
