I pay for fast delivery and i do not get my package yet

Said my package was in st paul mn last night now it says it's in Arizona still....hmmm crazy how it could get a mn scan when it's not even in that state. Usps is so much better!

Drivers blow the horn and expect me to come outside for my package. That's not delivering. Ps. I can barely walk and use a wheelchair inside.

Worst tracking dates keep changing, not accurate

Package was suppose to be at destination by 12 noon..bummer!:(::::

Smart post is not so smart. My package bounced back and forth for days in MA. F8nally managed to get out only to bounce around the country.

Been waiting on my package for weeks now. All it tells me is that it's out for delivery in Ladson,S.C

They dont update progress. I have a package which is being delivered to Troy Missouri the package has been in Maryland Heights Missouri since the 13th in the morning

I had a email saying my package was to be delivered Sunday by end of day. But never showed up. Then this morning said they didn’t have any information Why does this always happen with me with fedex

No update on order since 25 November... current date Is 16 December

Fedex, Lost my pakage and haven't found it yet.It was shipped out from Montgomery Wards on About November 30, I will never recommend FedEx to any one.

Full of promises. Empty on delivery

This is my first experience with Fedex, don't how timely they will deliver my parcel but let me say their tracking system is too pathetic, it is confusing they need to make it simple and display should not be that crowded.

I received a Christmas gift from Omaha Steaks today, Sunday December 15. We live on a country road. The driver never went over our bridge and put our package on our side of the bridge, but not even close to the house. I went outside and yelled to the driver, who continued to his truck, got in, and left. Terrible customer service.
