I was suppose to receive my package yesterday and have not got a tracking update since Friday and today is Tuesday

Delivery set for 10:00am. Now 4 hours late. This is service???

I shipped a check from Austin to Houston to arrive by 10:30 am next day. It’s now almost 2:00pm and it’s still not delivered. Not very good service!!!

I put in tracking number and get times and date but saying current location or time of delever

FedEx is not my first choice for shipper. Drivers are rude as well as blame us because they're unable to find address. 90 % of the time thre itemsthat are shipped arrived late. Do NOT rrecomend Fedex. Thank you for your time and effort. CAPTAIN Dr. Ted Williams USMC

Tracking is hard to do. 3 pages later you finally get to the tracking page. Confusing to say the least. That's eewhy i DO NOT recommend FedEx.. The last dilivery

System doesn’t give better info about when leaving Sparks Fedex station

When shipping a package don't tell people that it will be there on a certain day and then it doesn't. I was told Thursday it would be the. Now a week later and still not there. Will not do business with FedEx again. I am letting my friends and family know what lousy service you have

Sat at the FedEx facility, 20 minutes away, for 3 business days!

If there was an option of 0 stars that is what I'd rate this company! Said my package was delivered yesterday 12-16-19 I was home all day the truck never came down my drive! Can't get anyone to message me back! They do this mess all the time! I will not buy anything else that FedEx delivers too

My package was suppose to arrive on Dec. 13 today is the 17th still nothing and have called for 2 days and held for over 30 minuets each day without speaking to anyone will not use again

I was sent info about this package but it isn't even mine fed ex is terrible

After ordering a part from a company. Fed Ex had this part from the 13th till Tuesday the 17th and I still haven’t received my part. This is unacceptable for a company that gets paid!!!
