Our shipment is now pending. They've scheduled four, yes four, dates for delivery. Signature required, so one of us is always here. Now nothing. I will NOT use them unless there is a significant difference in price!

Fedx is the sorriest delivery service I have ever used the packages are never delivered to the right place and it takes forever for it to arrrive at all

Ship the package on December 11th delivery date was the 15th at end of day was never delivered shows on tracking that it's been in transit in Arizona for 4 days call FedEx to check person said overabundance of packages you may get it this week or next week can't give you a straight answer where the package is

Not very happy ordered items weeks ago and nobody can give answer on when I will receive delivery on 3 orders. Will not make this mistake again

Was expecting my package (very expensive one) today and it says it's been delivered but by someone I don't know and probably in a different street just with the same house number !

A shipment from New York was sent to New Jersey to return it to New York. 3 days and not yet arrived.

FedEx is very disappointing to me. My delivery dilemma began with the first schedule one on 12/12/2019. Three boxes from the same company as of 12/16 only box# 2 of 3 has been delivered. Box # 3 is scheduled for 12/17 and box#1 schedule pending. There are also two other separate orders due 12/13 and 12/14 which haven’t been delivered. What is insulting is that while on the phone with customer service assuring me that my packages are still in transit. My computers email says “Hi, Elizabeth we were unable to deliver...No Attempt made. The to add insult to injury I get an unable to enter/ delivery text will try again on Sunday 12/15. At 5pm security officer is still in front, after 5pm FedEx has my code to enter the building. I have sat everyday from AM until end of delivery time some days 8pm others 9pm from12/12 until today 12/16 in my wheelchair only to receive 1 package. Perhaps tomorrow 12/17 the other 4 will arrive. In the mean time UPS has delivered packages this week and they have ALL been on time and to my apartment door. In 2020 I will check all of my online stores as to who does their shipping. Any that do not use UPS or USPS I will not shop there. Your virtual assistant as is your tracking system is redundant. I am a senior citizen who disabled and relies on online shopping. This experience has caused me to rethink my consumer habits. I am sure all this will be looked upon as just one angry old senior citizen venting. Bare in mind how many of us use your company for shopping. Thank for your time.

Don’t know why is taking so long

Package was scheduled for final delivery on 12/13 to 12/16. Package delivery changed to 12/18. Tracking shows package is already in town .... what's up with these people. Service is no longer reliable - better consider other carriers for package delivery.

Funny.watching my package. But its been in this one spot all day.

Told us package would be here on Friday and had to sign for it.Wasted the whole day and weekend waiting. Finally came Monday night.Never again FedEx

Horrible tracking system! I got a text message stating tracking number and that it will be delivered 12/15. Today is 12/16 and no package. I track online and says my package is out for delivery yet to another hub far away. Who knows when it will come. Thought this site was supposed to tell me when “I” would get my package. And what good are the text updates if they are not at all accurate.

Package has been just sitting in st.paul for 7 days. I will never use fedex for business ever!

Worst delivery service! Deliveries were supposed to be made at my front door but not there. This is a recurring issue. Checked with neighbors and not delivered to their doors either.

My package is sitting on a trailer 12 miles from my home. It’s been sitting there starting the seventh day now. No excuse they just say they are soooo busy.
