No update on order since 25 November... current date Is 16 December

Fedex, Lost my pakage and haven't found it yet.It was shipped out from Montgomery Wards on About November 30, I will never recommend FedEx to any one.

Full of promises. Empty on delivery

This is my first experience with Fedex, don't how timely they will deliver my parcel but let me say their tracking system is too pathetic, it is confusing they need to make it simple and display should not be that crowded.

I received a Christmas gift from Omaha Steaks today, Sunday December 15. We live on a country road. The driver never went over our bridge and put our package on our side of the bridge, but not even close to the house. I went outside and yelled to the driver, who continued to his truck, got in, and left. Terrible customer service.

I've been waiting 3 days for my package I have to sign for. Fedex has no idea what they are doing.

Very upset. My packages have been at site in Utah for 5 days not deliver yet IN Utah!!!!!! Will not use FedEx again

Very upset my order was to be delivered sat the 14 not now they say tues the 17th I will not use this company again there are so over whelmed that is what they told me they need to hire more help this time of the year like other companies do so disappointed reck my Xmas

My package said Out for delivery on Saturday 12-14-19. Today is Sunday 12-15-19 and I still have not received it!0

4 days package sitting at Fedx facility 10 miles away from my home, UNACCEPTABLE

I give them a 0 they lied about my package

They have had my package in austell since Monday it's now Sunday and my package is 9 days late and no word still this is ridiculous.
