Package said out for delivery 2 days in row took time off work as it required signature then was told dont do home deliveries in my area on Sunday came home to missed delivery on a Sunday called back again and said they would have supervisor call me for 2nd time never did they finally showed up Tuesday forged my signature while I was in my home and threw box up my stairs in rain and snow mind u I specifically did 2 day delivery because stuff inside was time sensitive. Been calling to speak with a supervisor and have yet to hear back.

my package has been delayed 3 times and i still dont have it. itnhas veen sitting at the local office for 2 days and still hasnt made it to the final destination for pick up.

MY REASON FOR GIVING FEDEX 1* BECAUSE THEIR DELIVETY PERSONELL ARE LAZY BY NOT CARRYING OUT THEIR DUTY TO THE CUSTOMER,THEY DO NOT RING DOOR BELL,TOO QUICK TO SLAP A STICKER ON DOORS SAYING NO ONE WAD HOME SEVERAL TIME THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO ME,I'LL NOT BE USING FEDEX ANYMORE.

My pkg arrived in Hutchins Tx 7 days ago n has not moved. I am still waiting .

No help at all. Package is missing and fedex say it’s not there problem it’s the post office. Well the post office has never received package. FedEx is a joke

Terrible service.no communication or customer service.waited home 3 days .packages didn't come together.2 separate drivers.same delivery.these people haven't got their act together.use UPS next time.very pisses!

Notified me on text to be home to sign for packages.3 days later package arrived.lost 2 days sitting at home waiting.terrible costumer service.Terrible! Never use your service again! Next time UPS.

Why have a tracking system when you change your delivery days at will

Why does it take 3 days to travel 180 miles Order was to be delivered on sat 12/13/19 I am still waiting 12/15/19 tracking says it is still there in nj

Package supposed to be delivered on Friday, 12/13/19 as of 11:30 PM on 12/14/19, NO DELIVERY YET.

Was not pleased with driver. He threw the pkg out his window onto the ground in my driveway. My wife witnessed him do this. She went out to say something to them and they didn't even stop to talk to her. Just backed up and left. I am expecting more pkgs that are being shipped through your company and they are breakable. I certainly hope they are not thrown out the window! This is not the first time this has happened. Plain laziness on the drivers part. Not a happy camper.

I was having a horrible experience with Fedex delivery. I had been expecting a package since 12/01/2019. I was tracking it daily. It would say it was on the truck for delivery. And it never showed up. Then it said no shipping details available. Then it said I had 10 days to drive an hour into the cities to pick it up myself. Thru all this I started calling. I was told 3 different times I would get a call back. Finally the call came at 9:30 PM. It was Suzanne from the St.Paul MN hub. After that call I still didn’t get my package. But we talked almost daily trying to track down my package and the issue. She told it me it would be delivered the 13th. Or she would deliver it herself. Well Friday the 13th. no package. Saturday the 14th I have my packages. Suzanne delivered them herself! In her own vehicle an hour one way from your facility. That is one excellent employee!

Waiting for package since past 5 days. Every day at the end of the day they keep on changing delivery date to next day it’s been happening since past 5 days and today they set delivery date to +2 days. So it’s s going to be 8 days late that also if I receive it on the +2 days set delivery. I have absolutely lost trust in this carrier and fear that again after +2 days at the end of the day they will change the delivery date. UPS is soooool much better.
