Package has been on the truck for 2 days? Turning 2 day shipping into 5+ days as of now.

If I could give 0 stars then it would be 0. Since past 6 days everyday Fedexis changing my delivery date to end of today, as the day progresses there is no delivery update and after 8:00 pm they change status of delivery to “ no schedule delivery date” and after few hours they send an email about new delivery date as end of next day. This has been going on for the past 6 days and toady they have set my delivery to 2+ days. Wowww I don’t think I am every going to get the delivery, good job guys.

Left my package across the street and there package at my home. Bad idea my item is expensive.

Package stated to guarantee on Wednesday, this is Saturday, still no package, states left Austell Georgia at 9:00 on Truck 8:45 still no package, probably have to use the package next Christmas, horrible service, last time they delivered, ran over the neighbors mail box, contacted Fedex, never responded back, crummy service, I could have drove and picked up the package and been back home before this on arrives, one ⭐️ Service, BS company.

Delivered schedule day was dec.10th. But I'm still waiting for my merchandise. It's already 4 days delayed.

Haven't been able to track my package for 3 days! No information has been available!

The worse ever, I placed my order 12/2 Received partial shipment and here we are on the 14th and still haven’t received the remainder....

My Son purchased a pair of firemen boots for $250.00 the company used FedEx to ship the boots. There are two signs on the front door which clearly reads STOP all deliveries to rear door. The Lazy Driver leaves the boots at the front door. They were stolen. FedEx did their investigation with the same lazy driver and declared they did nothing wrong. Don't use FedEx!!!!

Fed Ex is the worst to send packages. Send a package on Dec 7th 2019 and it’s still not in Wilmington NC as of Dec 14th. 7 days and it’s still not there. It’s in AL and has not left Fed Ex terminal. Very poor service. Will never use again

They emailed me a delivery date and time frame, I had to pay someone to come bring it in when they arrived. No nobody showed up, I didn't get a notice they are not coming and that have Changed the delivery date

Great service, as I forgot to add, on my mail address, the parties unit #, called the 800#, and the matter was solved!!

FEDEX has gone down hill. They are awful!
