Worse service I have ever received. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My package has been sitting in Bloomington, CA since December the5th. The is no estimated delivery date. I also live in California. I called and spoke to a Fed Ex customer service and got absolutely nowhere. I am beyond frustrated with getting no help.

Amazon tells me where the package is and when it will arrive. Why can’t you?

Terrible Services never on time

I am very dissatisfied. They kept changing my delivery dates. I was supposed to get a package on December 6, 2019 and still have not received my package.

My package wasn't delivered!!!! Where was the package left. Check my porch and with my neighbors

Still waiting for my package sitting in Covington La Since Monday. Third day it’s late!!!

Very disappointed in the tracking system. My delivery hasn't been updated since Monday early morning and it's late Wednesday afternoon!!

Took 3 days to finally get my package that was overnighted to me. Thanks Fedex

Waiting since Dec 4th for my package now is Dec 11th still no package. Wish I could give you a zero rating for everything from poor customer service onward.

You guys told me yesterday my shipment was in it was arriving at Shakopee and now you don't know if it's in Shakopee or just came into Minnesota or when the drop-off time is and can I go to Shakopee and pick up that packages but no bacon knows anything

Why does it take all day for a package to be delivered? No set time??
