Always comes days after guaranteed delivery date!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! FedEx is slow, unreliable, irresponsible, and HORRIBLE, in every possible way! Poor communication, incompetent handling (constantly breaking and/or losing things) and they top it off with lazy & rude delivery staff! FedEx Is the WORST service available!

Told me where my package was currently & when it would arrive at my home in seconds. Excellent!

Package was on top step not u see the roof and was wet and it had electronics in it

My package is lost and customer service refuses to give me information on why it was shipped across the country to CA then was and is sitting in Trenton nj for 4 days. and my delivery keeps getting rescheduled. very poor service

My package was delivered to a FedEx on Monday here it is Friday. According to my tracking number it hasn’t moved in four days. I ordered from Abercrombie the same day got that package yesterday.

I had my package delivered to the wrong house. I'm having another one being delivered today and I'm certain it'll be delivered to that same address. It's a house that doesn't even have a house number and mine clearly has my address on it. Honestly, ups is just as bad, they sent my package to my ex husband's address. It'd be a miracle if I get my package this time.

I signed up for email update for my package but it doesn’t work. I also never have had luck actually tracking any package sent through fed ex

No delivery date? Get a clue fedex. Even USPS can give a delivery date.

Great Delivery,had parcel shipped to a po box,instead it was delivered to my home address ,I don't know how yous figured thatout,but I'm grateful for your professionalism,thanks

My package was to be delivered today, its 930pm and nothing. I live in Southwest Az so there is no weather issues. Very disappointed.

Driver marked that my package was delivered and it wasn’t! My neighbor informed me that he saw the driver pull in my yard but never get out to deliver package!

Slack and insufficient

Never get a package here on time. Lost one had to have second one sent but it was late.waiting on package not here yet and can not reach anyone
