Would give NO stars if possible...NO help at all I too can read what is on the screen but NO ONE actually answers a question...WHY has my parcel been on a vehicle out for delivery for THREE days with NO delivery

Well I've been waiting for a delivery it was supposed to be here in 3 days I just tracked it and its been setting at the same site for 3 days not going anywhere don't know what the problem is but....

Does not say when to expect home delivery.

Horrible service. They always deliver to the wrong house and or are 2+ days late.

Very upset I was supposed to receive a package yesterday and they ended up taking it out of the truck because they said it was the wrong truck, now when I call they say they don’t know when it will be delivered. Also, they will not provide me with the phone number of the location where my package is at.

It says my package was delivered at 4 30 in the morning but yet i dont have it. I looked all over for it. I have no note on my door. This happens all the time. I think they just lie.

So much for the 2 day shipping I got. Item was supposed to be here Tuesday. Then Wednesday, then Thursday. It’s now 245 on Friday and no package. Hopefully Walmart stops using Fedex. Even the tracking was terrible.

Good service but very slow

was supposed to have free 2-day shipping from walmart via fedex. now because of unexplained delay , my wife and i will be without phones 3 more days. delivery of shipment tracking # 5528221760942534 will be monday 12/16/2019 instead of 12/13/2019

Great service. It is easy to track your package.

This is Friday, Dec 13th. Our package was supposedly on the truck since Wed 11th. And the tracking shows that it was on there since Wednesday. Every time we call the toll free number they just give us the runaround. Saying oh it will be at your place by 8:00 that night. If one customer service rep. Said it will be there at 10:00 that night. When in fact we were told later they don’t deliver that late. This is a Sorry Service, I would not recommend FEDEX to anyone. Still we wonder where our package could be.
