This is crazy

This is not the first time that I have ordered items and were supposed to be delivered, however did not show up on the delivery date. This is ridiculous!when my husband drove for FedEx he was not able to return to the hub until all of his packages were delivered!

Package not delivered to me on the delivery date

Leaving my package in the snow and not bothering to knock on my door is ridiculous. The box is all damaged and wet. What's wrong with you. My porch is covered...couldn't the driver at least put it there? If he didn't want to do his job and knock on my door so I could of brought it in the house right away!

It is now 8:42 and my packages haven't arrived yet. They were supposed to be here today. I'm going to bed.

I was home three days waiting for 2 packages, one was due on the 11th. I did not get it until the 13th, and the second one was due on the 12th, and was supposed to be delivered on the 12th. It's still pending, you wanted to deliver it on the 14th I changed it to the 17th. I hope it come on that day. This was my first time using FedEx and probably my last.

Was told delivery would arrive on Wednesday, but never showed. Then Thursday, but never showed. Now today, Friday, but didn’t show up. I don’t like being lied to. Just tell the truth for crying out loud!

I've had packages sit in a FedEx in middletown, Connecticut for 3 days then it went to Windsor, CT, then Hartford, CT. It took a week to get to Cromwell, CT. It was 5 minutes from Cromwell when it sat in Middletown. Very disappointed in the service.

DOES NOT TELL YOU WHEN ITS GOING TO ARRIVE

The only reason fedex gets two stars is that my packages did arrive and the wait time on hold with customer service was quick. My question is why bother calling me and saying I either have to be home to sign for the package or call them back to make other arrangements if their driver both times just knocks on the door and runs? I was sitting in my living room and watched him each time. The first shipment, when I immediately logged on to see the details tells me I signed for the package which he didn’t even give me a chance to do!!! He was halfway into the truck when I opened my front door! The second package, same thing although when I go online with my tracking number it tells me my package isn’t even in my city yet! I don’t get it Fedex! If my package went missing due to an internal theft or a porch pirate waiting to nab it if I wasn’t home, I have no recourse if your records indicate the driver got a signature. Train your drivers to abide by the rules to cover everyone’s butt.
