I got a message that said it was to be delivered last Friday. I stayed home all day. Then I looked for the FedEx truck all day Saturday to no avail. Monday ,today, I was gone from 9:25/12:45. Of course they came while I was gone today. I WAS here when it was supposed to be delivered. Do what you say you’re going to do.

Slow lost or Miss placed. That's the fed x way! I usually Always ship USPS! It will be in time or early! I ordered something for my mom the same time I ordered something for my son. In shipped FedEx one shipped USPS. Mom RECEIVED her package last Thurs. Still waiting on fedx to delivery our sons package.its been 10 days

Employees cannot read address on packages. Twice they have delivered my packages to another address, and I never received them. Too bad I had to give them 1 star, they don't deserve any stars

I wanted a month for my package

My package was shipped out on the 9th have tracking # but can't get nowhere put in tracking # and nothing and it is a Christmas present hoping it arrives in time

Ordered a package off the internet FedEx Tracking Information said that the item had reach one of their facilities in my area on December 8th and it would be out for delivery it is December 10th and I still have not received my package this has been the most miserable unprofessional experience of my life I have called customer service over 50 times about my package it is 10 after 4 p.m. in Ohio on December 10th my package is nowhere to be found

I ordered a package off the internet September 7th of December FedEx Tracking said that the package had reached one of their facilities and it was out for delivery on the 8th it is December 10th I still have not received my package I have called customer service it has to be over 50 times the worst customer service in the world the worst delivery service in the world this has been a miserable experience with FedEx I'm just disgusted

Does not show when package will be delivered. I paid for two day delivery this is the 3rd day.

Visited the Macon, GA office today and Ryan was so courteous, knowledgeable and most polite. Thank you for excellent customer service.

Pkg stays in transit too long. Pkg not moving for over 24 hrs. Cant handle big pkg, Leave it to UPS. USPS could have done a better job.

Never got my package. Customer service has not replied to my claim in 5 days
