You just leave package at door.I am a disabled vet can you knock and wait for me to get in my wheelchair and get to the door Respect a VET

You guys told me yesterday my shipment was in it was arriving at Shakopee and now you don't know if it's in Shakopee or just came into Minnesota or when the drop-off time is and can I go to Shakopee and pick up that packages but no bacon knows anything

Why does it take all day for a package to be delivered? No set time??

Poor information or no information. No one knows where the package is. UPS has a much better and easier to use a tracking system

The dont knock on the door cause I was at home and I hear him or her they knock HARD ON THE DOOR

Package was delivered to wrong address, neighbor was kind enough to sign for it and hand deliver to me. Unsure that FedEx is reliable enough to use again

When delivered, it was left at an abandoned house next door. Was the driver blind? THERE ARE NO NUMBERS ON THE HOUSE, THERE ARE NO CURTAINS/BLINDS, THERE WAS JUNK ALL ON THIS PORCH...COME ON!!!!. When I called today which is Tuesday Dec 10th, and told it was delivered, I went and looked under my porch rug, the welcome mat. Then I JUST HAPPENED TO TURN TO THE EMPTY HOUSE, AND THERE IT SAT...REALLY!!! This was an important document that if opened could have caused personal loss. I have never had this happen with Fed-Ex, but for this to happen during the holiday season is VERY UNACCEPTABLE..Do you just hire anyone who cant see during the Holidays? This is so upsetting, be glad I looked...NEXT DOOR AT AN ABANDONED HOUSE, WITH NO NUMBERS ON THE HOUSE..
