My packages has been over 5 days late

Should probably wait until the package to get here in order to give an accurate day count. But my package was ‘out for delivery’ two days ago. It was on a truck, on the way here, TWO DAYS AGO. Where is my package?!!!

Your shipping is horrible. You don't bag packages on wet days, there is no care taken with the delivery. You don't even get items to the recipient on time according to the tracking number information and last but not least your drivers don't even check to see if they are delivering to the correct address. I wish companies would stop using your service or give purchasers the option to choose another provider. I cant even count the number of times i have had to deal with one or more of these problems in 2019 because there have been so many incidents. Including broken items horribly damaged boxes. One driver threw the box at my glass door. Thankfully it didn’t break it. You are the worst of all arrives nd your smart post is even worse at getting things to people on time.

A delivery was supposed to be December 6 and today is the 10th. I still have not received it .

Just got flowers from my son and they were totally crushed. Box too and this was through 1 800 flowers rating is minus 10

I hate the fact that if you miss the delivery, they will try 3 time before leaving it somewhere you can go and pick it up.. ans when you ask them to do so, they delievery is taking longer when it's suppose to be faster...

I can keep track of my package pretty well.

I paid for two day shipping and placed my order on November 30th. It’s December 10th and my package STILL isn’t here. Still says it’s “shipping” on my tracking info.

Wal-Mart provided an Incorrect tracking co. Info on my order! Thank you FedEx for showing up at my door!

I usually don't do these reviews except when I get exceptional service. I was in the FedEx Garfield avenue Bloomington Minnesota early yesterday morning and the younger gentleman I didn't catch his name took care of me on a specialty item I need it sent to St Petersburg Florida. Just wanted to give a big kudos to that gentleman.

Cathy was pleasant and friendly as she assisted my husband and myself in shipping two packages to our Best Friend in North Carolina. She answered all of our questions and we left feeling confident that we had chosen the right office for the delivery.

Tv was supposedly delivered . no proof of signature or picture. Pkgs should never be left outside. No email sent that tv was to be delivered. Caused theft of tv if delivered. No picture of pkg delivered on porch
