Twice your drivers say my package was left however I didn't receive them. Sham on you!

Hopeless. International call centre. Info not passed on to local delivery. Time wasted making contact but no follow up. Deliveries attempted with no advance warning and no card left to say that delivery was missed. Service by DHL is vastly superior.

I WILL NEVER order from anyone who ships using this company EVER AGAIN!!!! My package has been 30 minutes from my home for three days and can’t seem to make it to me I have lost time from work waiting, this is the WORST shipping company I’ve ever had to deal with!!!

Fed Ex has been delivering to my every 2 weeks for the past 3 months. Your driver is very nice,and so friendly. Always cheery and it's easy to see that he likes his job. You did good when you hired this guy. Very pleased with the service. Thank you and Merry Christmas

I got a message that said it was to be delivered last Friday. I stayed home all day. Then I looked for the FedEx truck all day Saturday to no avail. Monday ,today, I was gone from 9:25/12:45. Of course they came while I was gone today. I WAS here when it was supposed to be delivered. Do what you say you’re going to do.

Slow lost or Miss placed. That's the fed x way! I usually Always ship USPS! It will be in time or early! I ordered something for my mom the same time I ordered something for my son. In shipped FedEx one shipped USPS. Mom RECEIVED her package last Thurs. Still waiting on fedx to delivery our sons package.its been 10 days

Employees cannot read address on packages. Twice they have delivered my packages to another address, and I never received them. Too bad I had to give them 1 star, they don't deserve any stars

I wanted a month for my package

My package was shipped out on the 9th have tracking # but can't get nowhere put in tracking # and nothing and it is a Christmas present hoping it arrives in time

Ordered a package off the internet FedEx Tracking Information said that the item had reach one of their facilities in my area on December 8th and it would be out for delivery it is December 10th and I still have not received my package this has been the most miserable unprofessional experience of my life I have called customer service over 50 times about my package it is 10 after 4 p.m. in Ohio on December 10th my package is nowhere to be found
