I wish I could give them a zero. My packages always get stolen when FedEx is to deliver to my house. They never leave a notice. Now I'm will file a lawsuit against them

Terrible service on drivers part for not following directions. I placed a request for the package to be placed on the back porch, left a voice mail and even left a hand written note. Going forward I will avoid using this company at all cost. The order was placed on Dec 2 with 2-3 days guaranteed delivery that fell through as well. Lousy service in which I will make it known on social media.

Very poor service, my order supposed to be delivered last Friday and I checked on line, it was showing on truck for delivery, when I didn’t get it by 7 pm and checked again and it was showing in Fede local facility. I thought because of late driver took it back. Next day on Saturday I though I can pickup from geez facility by my self and when I got there they told me that it’s still on border for custom clearance. Why it’s not showing in line the status showing on there system. It’s really frustrating if you want to talk somebody person, every time you have to face that automated machine which only give you information what you got on line. Very unhappy from fedx customer service

Every time I have a package shipped with FedEx it takes nearly a week to two weeks to get to me I work for USPS and I see on a daily basis the same thing for customers this is ridiculous for now on when I see they're going to use FedEx I will not ever buy from whoever uses them

FedEx attempt to deliver package twice. 1st time left missed you note. 2nd nothing. Let's see what happens the 3rd time. We been home both times. FedEx driver not ringing door bells nor knocking on the door.

Tracking number saids duplicate and pick my location which none matches! Paid well over $100 to get package delivered and no one can seem to figure out where the package is. Come on FedEx, get your stuff together already! It's the holiday season and you should be on top of your customers deliveries!
