If I coud give zero stars i would. Horrible company. Necer have they ever delivered something on time. Trying to track orders is a mess with incorrect data 99% of the time. And when you contact customer service for help they won't give straight answers as to reasons for delay or when package should arrive. Very sorry company. I will literally go out of my way to try and not use them if at all possible

Fed Ex SUCKS Use other carrier servers NOT THIS ONE Took over a week to deliver a candle and still not here Just keeps saying in transit

The service in my Apt complex is horrendous. Delivery people leave packages outside without alerting, then they leave cards and slips with illegible writing. I never use fed-ex myself, but receive from business. It's just rediculous how lazy some drivers are !

If I could give u a 0 star u would multiple deliveries have sat at your east greenbush my location for days. I am still waiting on one last one that's been there for 2 days. This is 4 packages total and it's been happening to everyone of mine. I will no longer shop Lord & Taylor because they use you. USPS and ups are here in 2 days start to finish!!!

Drivers lie dont deliver and say person isn't home

Package was sent to wrong state. Then they held my package because they had the wrong address. They have all these foreigners answering the phone. What a joke they cant speak English first so nowonder the orders are screwed up. Still haven't received my tv. Never use walmart shipping

Told me it was to come today and I had to sign for it. Waited all day no notification as in text or anything and no delivery! What did I pay them for? From now on anything I order it's going to be shipped by FedEx I'll just keep my money and I will not order it

My tracking number is a duplicate number and it shows someone else's package has arrived in Houston but my package is going to Woodbridge. Can get an update on my package that cost well over a hundred dollars to mail!

Delivery has still not arrived. Tracking results are several days old. FEDEX put a tracer on my delivery and were supposed to call me back. Customer service is really bad.

You suck still dont have all my boxes amd you did not leave the ones I got friday and today so far where you were told

When I finally got your site to work it said my package was supposed to be delivered this afternoon I stayed home all day and still haven't received my package entire day waisted
