Right on time for Christmas

FedEx smart post sucks they hold my package for days.

My package sat 3 days there and then they sent it to USPS fed ex sucks

Couldn't understand the person on the phone. And not here when the date said it was going to be here.

I was told by a Fed Ex manager that I would receive a call advising me the status of my delivery #778377055311. This was last Thursday. I’m still waiting for that call. Hence the reason for the lousy rating. I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of service. If I could rate a 0, I would have.

Received phone call yesterday. Told package to be delivered yesterday. No package came after I sat here all day (needed to sign). According to tracking now it's coming today. It's 4 o'clock, still waiting

we tried to track our Christmas tree for three days can’t get anything ridiculous

If I could give a zero..I would. This is the second package put on a neighbors porch. My other neighbor saw it and told me.

I was told my package would be here Dec 6th .now it says delayed. No explanation no expected delivery date. Would be nice to know why it is delayed!!

They are a joke. Won’t knock on my door just leaves door tags. There always showing up at different times unlike UPS.

I keep trying to track a package and the information is old better communication would be great

FedEx gets worse every year. Where is my package? When I pay for 2 day express, I expect to get it in no less than three days!

No way to contact anyone, just get the run around

Item shipped on Nov 27... 11 days later, still waiting for delivery! What the hell??? Tracking says "in transit"... been the same for 3 days... from a FedEx facility less than 20 miles away??? Terrible service

After tracking my delivery which was due Dec 7th.The package is still not delivered.This is classic example of consumer fraud.Maybe consumers should start demanding a refund if the promise date is not met. To say am totally disappointed by their service is an understatement.
