I was told by a Fed Ex manager that I would receive a call advising me the status of my delivery #778377055311. This was last Thursday. I’m still waiting for that call. Hence the reason for the lousy rating. I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of service. If I could rate a 0, I would have.

Received phone call yesterday. Told package to be delivered yesterday. No package came after I sat here all day (needed to sign). According to tracking now it's coming today. It's 4 o'clock, still waiting

I was told my package would be here Dec 6th .now it says delayed. No explanation no expected delivery date. Would be nice to know why it is delayed!!

Item shipped on Nov 27... 11 days later, still waiting for delivery! What the hell??? Tracking says "in transit"... been the same for 3 days... from a FedEx facility less than 20 miles away??? Terrible service

After tracking my delivery which was due Dec 7th.The package is still not delivered.This is classic example of consumer fraud.Maybe consumers should start demanding a refund if the promise date is not met. To say am totally disappointed by their service is an understatement.
