FedEx has go to be the worst! I tried shipping something to a friend, told them the date it should have been there and that date has come and way gone by. It really takes all of the fun and excitement out of the entire process. I'm done with FedEx! I wish I could give NO STARS, but it won't let you.

Why tell me something is going to be at it's destination by Wednesday, Thursday at the latest, and it has still not arrived by Saturday?? What did I pay for?

System needs to be improved on very much I have a package that was to be delivered on Dec 5, then Dec 6 , now Dec 9. The package went from TX to NM to Fort Worth, TX. Arrived at 3:58 am on Dec 5 NO departures listed from Fort Worth, TX in over 51 hours. Very POOR service
