Said it shipped, still in Illinois, I was told it would be here by the 5th but no movement

My package arrives on a Wednesday, didnt get delivered yet, updates didn't make sense. Called they didn't have any information that made sense. Still waiting for my package.

I have had zero problems with FedEx as of yet, neither with Delivery nor in store. They have always been real helpful and courteous.

Not very good service left you up in Missouri to Kansas City back to Nashville is Thursday I live in Paducah Kentucky which is about 200 miles from where I ordered it and it I have over 1000 miles on it by time I get here package

I was told Wednesday it would be delivered within the hours that was at 6:00 p.m.. It was not delivered. I was told yesterday again that my delivery driver should be in my area within an hour or so and again that was a little after 6:15 p.m.. I still did not get my delivery. It is now Friday at 12:44 p.m.. I have been home waiting for this delivery this makes the 3rd day in a row. Your customer service people should not tell people it will be delivered within an hour or so and that is not true I have found out first hand. I know that your people all work hard and I am truly not an unreasonable person but I am very frustrated about this. Please check into this type of problem so that it won’t keep happening to other people also. Thank you for your time.

the delivery service in maplewood NJ is a very lazy person and have had multiple problems with delivery only once then its left at holding facility at Walgreens what kind of professional services is this

One star only because 0 is not an option. Use USP! Or even Prime.

They suck. I will spend extra money to use UPS. Never again FED EX

My package was supposed to be delivered 12/4 and still not here. Its a gift for my husband's 60th birthday and its tomorrow. I have to work tomorrow and I wanted to leave it as a surprise gift. Terrible service. Stick with UPS people....UPS

Customer service does not return calls even when its a serious delivery issue

Fed ex said package was delivered at our address instead package was delivered 7 miles away

Package originally supposed to be here by the 3rd then got delayed and was supposed to be delivered today the 5th by days end well i waited all day its 10 pm right now still no package i worry christmas is two weeks away if i order the rest of my gifts online and they get shipped fedex they will not make it by christmas
