Driver was unprofessional and griped the whole time about having to pick up my package very rude

2 orders lost in 5 days. Called customer service, no resolution. An honest person 3 streets over dropped it by my house. Second lost shipment has still not shown up. No call back as promised. Both sent "delivered" text messages. Not to me they weren't.... Postal Service and UPS dont seem to have these issues.

Bad service. They have lost my package and after 4 days no one at fedex has provide any explanation. They don't know where the truck carrying my and many other package is. They said truck has not arrive to destination after 14 days and they can't explain where the truck is? Funny. It's all a back and forth drama and long hours on the phone waiting for someone to pickup. The bottom line is that until today there is no explanation whatsoever about the location of my package. If you were thinking about shipping with fedex think twice. Your package could ended up being part of guiness records for mysterious disappearances

Packages not delivered on time. Been on the truck 4 days so far. Still not here

Tracking is horrible! Sent package back Dec. 2 cannot track still.

Lousy tracking..there's a reason for the mediocre reviews.

My package is a refrigeratored-required item. It was dispatched to leave at 7:38 a.m. to be delivered less than 2 hours away from my residence. It's now nearly 3 p.m. and I haven't received my package, yet. The timing needs definite improvement.

Its very bad, they never answer nothing and change the day of delivery, they dont thing in the user

My package is going nowhere! Am unable to find movement. I realize cyber Monday was just here but was promised receipt of items 12/4!

Not very good service

Hopeless. Tracking hopeless, “online chat” which isn’t an online chat hopeless. Hopeless from beginning to end. There is actually no end as parcel still not delivered

Three days tracking says my package is out for delivery. Have not received it yet.
