I guess it depends on the driver but there have been several instances where my product has been on the truck out for delivery for up to 4 days. No real excuse why it wasn't delivered. Honestly USPS and UPS deliver much faster to my rural address.

I returned items to Woman Within the day after I received the package. Dropped off at USPS 11-15 FedEx picked up 11-16 but it took until today 12-4 to be delivered to Indianapolis, IN from Michigan. In this day and age, to me, that is way too long.

FedEx is full of it. FedEx have my package since Dec 2 and today is Dec 5 package was supposed to be delivered on Dec 4. But sat in Durham on a van all day when it arrived at 6:05. Talked to a representative they told me it would arrive by 8:00pm. Get a text message saying it would arrive today. But package still sitting in Durham on a van. From yesterday. Bad business by FedEx
