My package was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd. After reaching a specific location, it said Rerouted! Then the app changed to Spanish and I could no longer get any info on it! Not happy at all

A 11/16/19 package out of Albany NY was not delivered, it got lost, but FedEx delivered it yesterday to the OBX NC and I overjoyed and thrilled!!!! You made my yesterday perfect! Thank you for finding it and getting it to its destination in time for a community outreach for the Islanders of Okracoke, NC. They are among 30 families who lost their homes and treasured from hurricane Dorian. My 30 handmade ornaments are now included it this very special surprise. Thanks again for making me so very happy and just think of how the 30 families will feel to receive this special gift from artists and Crafters from around the world. Mine are now included thanks to FedEx people getting it done. Kudos from Niskayuna NY.

I love Fed Ex They are always right on time when they say my packages will be here.

My packet is been in the same place for 5days. Actually the delivery date was today 12/4/2019 but my packet is stuck in the same place . I tried contacting the fedex office as well the agent but non of them responded.

Fedex agent Where I send my parcel refused to answer my calls. That was very mean.

My parcel departed on 11/23/3019 at 15:02 which was expected to deliver on the 12/4/2019, but my parcel is still somewhere in the middle and the tracker showers the same statues from 11/29/2019 it’s has not been moved since than .

Card left by delivery driver has no tracking number or number to call. Web site equally unsatisfactory. Basically not fit for purpose.

My order was delivered, but I was not told that the delivery would come from the USPS. I am not able to go to the mail room to get the package due to my disability. I had to pay someone to retrieve the package. This is why I order online so the items can be delivered directly to my apt.I have another order from fanatics and hope it gets delivered directly to me. I have no complaints with FedEx . Communication problem is with the vendor who is telling customers that FedEx ships the parcel

Had a package with a phone in it and fedex didn't deliver because the driver was to tired to open the gate,I'm not happy, I hope they will take the time and get done today.

I do not understand why my package is being delivered to Cypress Texas when that was nowhere on the address I gave to the company I made a purchase from I don't even know why I was trying to be delivered to Cypress Texas I live in Tomball Texas. can somebody take my package to the nearest FedEx location and let me know where it's at please this is ridiculous

My deliveries from FedEx are ALWAYS late! Sometimes they are a week behind what I've been told is my delivery date. No explanations, no notifications on next expected delivery date. It is infuriating!

I waited all day waiting for my delivery due to arrive today. Tracked it and it continued to say "out for delivery" by end of day. I was unale to get any live person to assist me. I have no idea about when to expect delivery. It appears that every time I order something that uses FedEx, I have this same problem. Its as if the company doesn't care about the customer. I will never order from company using FedEx.
