The least y’all could do is ring my doorbell. I was here and he didn’t bother. No wonder things are stolen!

FedEx is horrible. My package was shipped 8 days ago but has been sitting in the same city, one state over, for 4 days now. How the hell are you guys even in business still? You have the worst reviews and it is quite clear that customer service is not a priority at all. I don't understand why any company would choose to ship their items through FedEx.

FEDX is one of the few carriers that actually deliver my parcels to my front door. My house entrance (among several other neighbors) is located in the alley behind the house whose address is 5420 ...(ergo my address is 5420 1/2...)

I placed my order late Friday night, was told to expect delivery in three business days. Received package at 1:30 Monday afternoon. Arrived early, no problems. Friendly female delivery person.

Haven't received the package. Not delivered

They leave packages on side of road and houses other than mine!

FedEx service is an abomination. They care not a thing about taking care of customers. Shipping logistics info consistently wrong and a blatant refusal to help out with mis-deliveries. To correct a problem (admittedly not of their doing) they set an exorbitant fee on the process causing great problems. I so would say they did not care, but frankly I don't speak the language of the country I was routed to.

Worst shipping ever! Tried to track package last Mon. It was in Newark NJ tried to track again today and as of Friday It was still in Newark NJ.-??? FedEx sucks

UPS site was a lot easier to use.

No information what time delivery would be expected, or where the depot is... just left missed delivery note... I am sure I cought delivery guys on the house cross the rode because I saw them walking away from my door, but they said that we haven't been there... so now another 5 days wait and who knows if I will get it that day...

Keep getting a letter that says there is no number to reach me when I can clearly see on the shippers label my number is there!!! Instead of having your staff request credit card details over the phone why do you not send the package to the post office where we can safely and securely pay for duties/taxes??? Seriously people!
