My package was to be delivered yesterday. Was told by your representatives that it would be here by 5 PM on the 27th November. I paid EXTRA for delivery and didn't get my package. NOT HAPPY

On Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2019, I paid for overnight package from Chicago to Washington D.C. as of today, (Thanksgiving) Thursday, Nov. 28th. Package still hasn't been delivered.

I have a live/sensitive package of 2 reptiles that i paid $50 to ship that was supposed to be delivered by 10:30am today. It still hasnt showed. I tracked the package and asked for details on the package and it is 12:16pm and i still have not heard anything from FedEx. I have several hundred dollars tied up in this package not to mention the well being of the reptiles in it. Not pleased with this at all.
