Why did my packages go from PA to CA to get to IN? Still not received packages. Thanks.

Sent package to my son in Kuwait it arrived November 9 2019 and put on truck for delivery. And then sent back to fedex 3 times. When the employee at FedEx was printing the label he said that he had to put a city on label. I told him it just needed zippcode he said no have to put a city on label for overseas delivery. My son sent me pictures of labels his buddies recieved from FedEx and there were no city's on label. They got their packages. This really pisses me off.

I love FedEx. Because y'all deliver to the front door, and you're quick. I've already decided I'm using FedEx to ship when my husband and I start our company.(:

I payed extra for my package yo be delivered on a certain date and time and it never arrived. When I went to track my package it stated was at the FedEx facility.

They delivery time is awful. They do not even have good status updates so if you’re expecting a package in time they are not the ones. I’ve always had issues with shipments from them and they always seem to have some sort of delay.

They stood my 50 inch tv on end with no restraint and i herd it fall over as he drove around the corner. They suck.
