How does this work

How they are in buisness is unknown to me. They are the slowest shipping company there is, If my wife or I are shopping online and they say they use FedEx we wont buy from them. 7 out of 10 people say the same things. My package was shipped first thing monday from Illinois coming to SC and here it is Monday a week later and its still not here plus the worthless tracking service hasnt updated in four days. The good ole US postal service would have had it here most likely Wednesday but Thursday at the latest. Its ridiculous and they must not care or they would fix the problem and they choose not too.. My package said delivered. It was NOT delivered

We had a simple delivery from at Louis to Lawrence KS of a vital document with a full week to accomplish and the package was driven to Sacramento. Fed ex not doing anything to assist in getting the package to KS by our critical date.

My husband sent something for a two day shipment and it’s taken 4 days already and I am still waiting. This sucks.

We have tried fedex from tome to time, EVERY TIME something gets totally screwed up. Today i am tracking 3 packages that were suppose to be shipped to South Texas near Brownsville, TX, 1 day service from Houston, and they are currently in FORT WORTH, TEXAS!!!!!??? Use UPS for Excellent service, I'm DONE with Fedex. I'll rate this a 1, because 0 zero wasn't offered.

Outstanding! Informed me when package was delivered and at the time they said it would be delivered. You cannot ask for better service than that.

Can't get trac info

I had a medication order that was sent out on 10/30 it was to be delivered overnight to my home. The tracking people said it was delivered on 10/31 at 9:31 a.m. no one knocked on the door nor left it on my porch. I'm out the meds. And will have to go thru withdrawal for the next 28 days now.

Was great.able to track my package and it was delivered on tome

Package taken to Fed Ex store at 3 PM on Wednesday. Did not get into FedEx system until 3 PM on Thursday so has not arrived as promised on Friday.

I’ve had five orders shipped with Fed Ex and only received two of them. When I made an inquiry, I never got a response.
