They tell you three business days and it takes four but they don't refund anybody there money they still charge you the full price if my package is one day late I feel a guy should be reimbursed today and keep up to their end of the deal. I definitely will be using UPS I've had much better luck with them

It is a hit Or miss ! I have my Meds delivered to me from Chicago for over 4 years from a Pharmaceutical Company Ground To A FedEx Store...more times than less delivered by w pm next day... Then for what ever there reason ? Then there are 2 day delivery with a overnight delivery! 2 times they lost my Meds??? On A Scale 1-10 = (5)

FedEx promised package to be delivered 10/30/19 by 6pm.I didn't received package and when I call customer service all she said was it won't be delivered today. The documents were to be presented 10/31/19at 8 am and now it won't and she can't give me a time.SMH

Shipped package Oct 22 from Modesto Ca it took 4 days to get it to Garden Grove Ca, now my package 7 days later is in Pa when it’s original destination was Ohio

Package rarely arrives when specified. You need to take lessons from UPS. I make every attempt to avoid you folks at every opportunity.

I like and appreciate FedEx has tracking system so that we can know more about the status of our packages. But there's one important things that I miss and that is that they used to list the weight of the package. Since I recruit multiple packages per week, knowing the weight of my package is how I could tell how soon the really important items wetter chiming & if there would be any delays.

Not enough information in a timely fashion

Very badly I sent a package to Nigeria and they think it was suspicious it was a cell phone so sending it back to me they hold it hostage

Terrible service to Puerto Rico. I would receive in 3 days if sent by USPS.
