You know I ask for any package left here to be put in the car or truck which ever sits here. Because the dog will chew it up. Your driver through my envelope containing my credit card in the box on my husband's farm truck. It was in there for 7 days before we found it. Several days of running over 200 miles laying ontop of stuff in the box of the truck. Sorry not exceptable! Ups always puts it inside the vehicle that sits in the yard.guess I'll talk to my card company and tell them what happened.

The absolute worst. At this point I refuse to order from any business which uses fedex. So fedex hurts both the sender and receiver. Absolutely disgusting service.

The service at your Durham office sucks if my medical supplies get shipped there I always have problems getting my package when I should all other stations delivering to Greensboro I give 5 stars to

I hate fedex, y’all lie about the time the package is coming. And change the expected delivery date and time. I paid for expedited shipping and I’m going on a trip but can’t call and talk to a representative, it’s always a dumb robot.

We get mail here every day today 3102024 my box was so call delivered picture was taken out side the building nowhere is the box, trying to reach fedex no rating at all until they find my box

FedEx has terrible service......their tracking is the worst.....packages always arrived in terrible condition

wow! Not even 1 star this place is so hard to get any help. PACKAGE THEY SAY DELIVERED 3/4/24 AND NO TRUE. Today is 3/10/24 still waiting for it. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE???

I will never use FedEx again I paid for a package to be delivered in 3 days which should have been delivered March 1,2024 and they have lost my package will. Or refund me my cost claim to be sending me emails and I have not got the first one .

I will never use them again !! FedEx trash and the bottom feeders of the corporate world. They use second third and fourth parties subcontract jobs out that are an equal level of intelligence. Idiots running idiots and I hope their company goes belly up because they do not deserve

I had a package delivered today and got a notification that it had been delivered, couldn't find it nowhere. I checked on it and the picture was of my neighbors back door, I looked over there and it wasn't there, I called my neighbor and he said his wife put it inside out of the rain, good thing he was honest. It should have been placed on my front porch out of the rain, that's piss poor service.

Horrible!!!!!!! Never use FedEx Again. Always says delayed.
