FedEx is always on track with my packages. Way too go keep up the good work

Really frustrating when i have an estimated time for my package to get here and this is a week now and it still shows my package is still in Lagos after paying so much so disappointed and I feel so much regret using this company

I ordered a K&N Filter for my car and once I found myself on the FEDEX tracking site I could follow the package, from Texas to Washington. Thanks David

Your services is horrible my package has been dropped off Tuesday and to be delivered Friday and Friday you telling me the package still in Jamaica with my important documents I need for today Friday

Daughter living in France paid 90 euros for delivery next day of passport for family members travel! Urgently required for flight. Nothing turned up by midday. 24 hours later tracking shoes passport has travelled less than 30km from where it was picked up. French customer service saying it would still arrive by end of day - tried phoning again another agent said it would take 96hours!!! On UK side we tried to speak to somebody to actually try and determine where parcel was problem is you can't actually speak to a living person. The web chat is totally hopeless I guess it's just geared to simple yes /no commands. Holiday had to be cancelled at last minute so no refund. SO PLEASE NOTE ANYTHING REQUIRING A DEGREE OF URGENCY AVOID FEDEX you may be lucky but if any problem it will be total frustration!!

Why we cant see the tracking its been a week that i dont see where my pakage is.. what k8nd of tracking systeme do you have... im not happy at all... my pakage is late and no traking.. did you lost it?? We pay for that you know..

This mas be a joke , trying to know when my order is goin to be delivered and this page shows me information about five days ago. Ridiculous

I don't like yours bullshit because I did put correct information tracking number and they said not in their data base this is totally bullshit they made have delete their data base because FedEx will deliver it but never did too lazy

They always leave my package. That's a wrong address. I have to drive around the neighborhood to find my FedEx packages. They are really lousy at their jobs.

This website & company is dire… Can’t speak to anyone, the website can’t help…no idea what the parcel is that they have tried to deliver whilst I’ve been away what am I supposed to do?
