A very poor service and very expensive. I will never and ever in my life use this company again.

I’ve been fighting with FEDEX to deliver packages to my apartment door and not leave them in the mailroom due to that I am in a wheelchair and can’t always go downstairs to check to see if they have arrived!!!! FEDEX DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING! NOR CAN THEY READ! FOLLOW DIRECTIONS ON WHAT CUSTOMERS PUT ON LABELS FOR DELIVERIES !!!!!

He keep updating it but now it says it's delayed. Do your jobs.

I think FedEx is the worst making promises every day

Booked on January 30,Arrived US, delayed in INDIANAPOLIS since Feb 2nd.. Not yet delivered. Worst service.

Sent package overnight on 1/ 29/24 Still sitting in Pineville , Nc 2/5/24 Never again.

FedEx 3 weeks in counting now and your office keeps giving dates and nothing arrives,you are surely the worst

Your service is worst I have booked my parcel 29.01.2024 but till date not deliver to USA your booking office staff told only 4 days to deliver in Fedex I am a regular customer to your company

FedEx handled my parcel on 22 January 2024 but till not delivered.

FedEx is inconveniencing so many people's lives with all this inefficiency, something has to be done about fedex

Worst delivery service, I can't recommend it for my enemy, got a message that it will be delivered, not till after 7 days . I miss an important opportunity in the parcel

I didn't even get my package, the driver is trash, he didn't even ring my bell, ASS WHOLES , that was my sim card I need that for my phone
