I don't like your tracking system , it never gives me anything new about the location of my package.... I'm being charged for the package being delivered by FedEx.. I only get a bunch of bullshit when I try finding the location of my package

Fedex driver keep dropping off packages for my neighbors across the street at my house. I'm sure they would rather have them delivered to their house. How do we make this happen?

Worst company to ever use they never put our packages at the correct address and we also leave special notes how to put the packages never once correct horrible UPS #1

Worst service they told in customs clearance in India now it's showing its in Dubai fedup of fedx

Very slow service & the most expensive shipping charge $82.90 where others shipping is about $10 with arriving on time or earlier than quoted. This package was shipped 8 days ago and has still not been delivered or received at my home address. Inferior shipping company and over-priced charging, 8 times higher than the other delivery companies.

Being able to track the progress of an ordered item is a tremendous plus for me. The tracking was accurate. The delivery was as indicated on the web site. My one problem was that there was no indication, by a bell being rung, or a text or email that my package had arrived. I found out by tracking my delivery after several hours, and finding out on the web site, that it had been delivered. Perhaps that is why so many packages are stolen.

FedEdex is worst carrier ever, especially FedEdex in Lagos, Nigeria. Unfortunately, the package delivered to my door on 02/23/2024 was supposed to deliver to someone in UK. Could you believe that the package is still in my house as today 3/02/24. What a shame?

What a rubbish service. Parcel arrived in UK on the 16/02/24 and everyday updates say its in customs clearance. Tried emailing then to find out its waiting on investigation. Wtf.

FedEx is the worse delivery service company ever, they should have delivered my package 2 days after and it took over a week plus still wasn't delivered. I will never use this service anymore . Not recommended at all!! Complete useless!!

Fedex in Panama assured me on Sat. morning that the pkg would arrive on the following Tuesday. It didn’t.
