Only delivery system that doesn’t know how to get into a building. All they had to do was walk 5 feet to the office and get a buzz code like every other delivery business but the driver couldn’t be bothered. Called customer service and they were not helpful, said they couldn’t go to two different addresses, even though that’s not what they had to do to get in at all. Had to repeat myself multiple times, in the end I have to go pick up my package myself. Would give negative stars if I could. What a waste of time.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
