Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.

Single evelope to be delivered shkuld have been here over a week ago. No one to answer when it will arrive! This site wants me to pay for information on delivery time. IM NOT PAYING YOU TO TELK ME WHY IT ISNT HERE YET! canada post ciukd have deliveres it over a week ago!! Purolator is the worst ive ever seen at on time delivery!! And im a trucker so i know how long it takes. Fed ex would have had it here over a week ago too! Purolato.... you suck!!

What is going on with my parcel???? Was told I'd have it in 2 or 3 days !!! It's been exactly 2 WEEKS!!!! AND NOW I JUST SEE THAT IT WENT FROM QUEBEC TO BURLINGTON ONTARIO! WHICH IS FATHER FROM WHERE IM AT! BY THE LOOK OF THESE REVIEWS SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE WAY THINGS ARE BEING RUN THERE OR YOUGUYS ARE GONNA START LOSING ALOT OF BUSINESS! If I don't get my parcel by tomorrow you'll be returning it and I'll just start dealing with another courier. Unacceptable!

Vevor is great .tools are great . delivery by the one company they use is 0. Not even 0 its pathetic. NOT ONE PARCEL ATTEMPT BY PUROLATER TO DELIVER TO MY APARTMENT HAS ARRIVED.NOT ONE. DALIVERY BY PUROLATER MUST STOP. ALL DELIVERIES BY UPS Showed UP AND ON TIME AND THEY KNEW HOW TO USE AND READ TO USE AN APARTMENT DOOR BUZZER SCREEN

Tracking is good. Its stupidity of driver to not read door screen to scroll down to door number and press on it which dials my phone number. 3 deliveries and 3 drivers all just trying to press in our door number. Which gives a busy signal. Thats not a good record . and ups has always called when on way. Then buzzes us properly. Not purolater.0 out of 3 tries. Wow. I would really talk to drivers about reading door screen and learn to not press in door number but to scroll down to it.

This delivery is pathetic. Our apartment. You must scroll down to our apartment number and press on it. You cannot try to press in 209 it will give you a busy signal. But these pathetic people no matter how many times told do not read on screen to scroll down to apartment number. You can take parcel back to where it came from . i am sick of your stupidity.

package in transit same location for 9 days now,,and cant get any info why,,transit in ville st-laurent, qc,,,unable to reach them for info

The service is good

Parcel has been held for a week...never left Regina yet. I have a part I need for machine in limbo! These guys suck!

These guys are great they bring my pkg right to my door and they don't leave your pkg. In the lobby for everyone to steal

Service of the purolator is very bad the parcel is to late from the delivery date i am not satisfied with the service of them

Scheduled a pickup at 9 to 10 in the morning, driver showed up around 2:30. Call Center is useless, they simply don’t care.
