Wow I revise my previous review…they delivered my parcel to my door .. I was not expecting it .. as it was delivered to a store not close by if you don’t have a cAr … so 5 stars for the agent I yelled at and the delivery man as they resolved my problem sorry for the angry review

I work from home..all they had to do was buz my apt or at least leave it at the quickie across the street from me . Instead of leaving it at a store 4 times as far and I have a back problem to boot and no car… and when I called that store they were not available . ..and I give it no stars terrible service

Not very good delivery service, parcel was ordered with one day delivery service,has not been delivered yet this has been four days now, other delivery services delivery on time and notify you with in 3hrs of being delivered, delivery service on weekends as will.Not happy with this Purolator service,I give them a 0 rating!!!

I received an email stating a delivery was attempted and no one was home and a slip was left on my door. First of all, I was home and I have security footage to back this up and no driver came to my door. Secondly, I phoned Purolator right away and advised them the driver went to the wrong house and the representative said they sent a message to the driver stating for them to drop off my package for sure today at the pickup location here in town ( they did not even offer to redeliver it to my home). I then went to the house where the driver left the slip and it stated I could pick up my package after 3 pm. I went to the pickup location at 4 pm and no package, phoned purolator again and I was told the package was sent back to the warehouse because of a rail derailment in my town and I could pick it up Monday (not delivered to my home) and this is Friday! There was no derailment in my town so that's an out right lie! So now I have to wait till Monday to get my package, total bs. All because of this driver, should lose their job in my opinion! Unacceptable, wish I could leave a zero star.

Must admit I was very upset with purolator for not informing me my order was delayed, I had to complain to get action. Well since that explanation they have made every effect to keep me informed on the train derailment. In my opinion they have exceeded expectations on this very unfortunate accident. Koodos to Purolator..thanks.
