Scheduled a pickup at 9 to 10 in the morning, driver showed up around 2:30. Call Center is useless, they simply don’t care.

Package was left on the street. No attempt made by delivery driver to contact household either by ringing the gate entry intercom or by phone. No notification by email . Pure luck that I found the package before it was stolen . Very poor service.

By far the worst company for shipping anything. Tracking numbers don’t work but you have to sign up and give a phone number before you can even track something then after you sign up the tracking still doesn’t work. At least I’ll get a bunch of spam calls now since they have my number now. Scammers

paid extra to have parcel delivered on August 1, at 12pm. it is 8,30 pm and no delivery. money grab.

I’m always disappointed in putolator. Especially living in apartment. They never deliver to apartment. They just put the delivery notification on the outside door of building and don’t even call up or buzz nothing. And then they drop it off at the delivery on the opposite side of town.

Waited all day for delivery because I needed to sign, get a email saying they delivered it but no adult was available to sign. Didn't knock on door or leave anything saying they were here .I don't believe it was even delivered. Not happy with them at all .

Pathetic service. I was supposed to get my parcel on July 12 which was urgent but i did not receive it and now it says i will receive it on july 18

I wish there is an option for 0 star for Purolator. Terrible and unprofessional service. I paid an extra fee to ensure I would receive my package by the end of the next day. When I saw the tracking showed my package on the delivery vehicle for 5 hours in my city, I called customer service to see how soon I could expect it. Their response was unfriendly and lacked any consideration for the customer’s perspective, telling me “ it is what it is”. This attitude and training leave no room for growth. For sure, don’t choose this shipping courier if you have other options.
