Late delivery. No proper update on website tracking. I will use Canada Post as preferable and more reliable and this site doesnt recognize the number.

They don't listen to or read delivery instructions they still send packages for delivery when it says hold for pickup yet when they say they tried to deliver your package all that was done is that they put a slip on the door and then left no knocking just run not happy at all with their delivery but they can pickup on time

If your gonna say that there is no entry code and then leave maybe leave a pickup notice? Like really how the hell do i know you were here even or just a lazy delivery driver that cant be bothered, this is getting ridiculous....

poorest shipping co. I ever dealt with. shipped a parcel to BC last year it was returned to me 1 month later. It had correct addres shipped a parcel to usa over a month ago. it to was on it's way back to me but I guess they list it. tracking no shows it's been in Lachine for 16 days. Terrible terrible service. if I could rate it lower I would.

Paid to have my package delivered the day prior, plus were late with the second detailed information they gave me for an important item. Not impressed.
