You suck. Delivery people should actually ring doorbells. Only having a depot at the airport is a nightmare

Realy bad experience. Each time i need to chase for my parcel.

They recieved it monday and I entered the tracking number but it says they havent recieved the tracking number in the purolator tracking system but its supposed to be here tomorrow...wonder if it even gets here ...like the left hand dont know what the right hand is doing ..really sad service when you count on a service you pay for with important documents that you have to get somewhere in time ..it so sucks

Delivered to the wrong address at my neighbor

Purolator delivery personnel refuse to state the package deliverer or if a sugnature is required before demanding entrance to the building. I will not use your service in the future.

Just terrible. First didn't deliver to the door, then couldn't find the second part of the delivery by the tracking number I got. At this moment I'm standing in Purolator office and trying to reach customer service on the phone for the third time just to get help in receiving 2 pieces of my delivery.

The service is so bad that it's gone past the point of being a joke. I dread using this company

Unprofessional company image, very slow delivery and overall a meme. Please respect other persons property.

Tracking is useless. No information available as to when to expect delivery, only when shipping label was created???????

Sucks when I can't give 0 stars.... Anyways. I hate when they deliver my packages one they just ring the door bell and leave packages at the front door don't wait for me to answer the door. Onces they threw my package at my face. Just ignorant.

Updates are few, surely it's not in the same place for days.

Tracked my package to my city then all of a sudden it said it’s goin be late and it’s in whole other city

The delivery guys are all fraud. They never bring you the package and just leave a notice for pickup. I have had this experience several times with them even though I was at home
