Says they ATTEMPTED delivery when no such thing was done. There was no knock at the door and no attempt to contact me. This company is a joke.

They never buzz me and neither knock my door. But they said attempt to delivery and "no receiver for package ". Whole day we are in home waiting for parcel

Purolator is garbage keep delivering to door instead of in person I rather wait until in home to get my package instead of dropping it outside in the rain

Doing business with this company is very frustrating. The delivery never came to my abode as I waited all day yet it was updated in their site that delivery failed. It's been 5 days now and I am still waiting

I have a very bad experience. Sad to say. We are waiting at our appartment the day the said they will deliver and no one knocks at our door the whole day. And after a few days of waiting and ask them again they claim that they came and can not enter the main door because it's locked. What? Did they really came? I want to see a picture by the main door as an evidence that they came, show me. Did they really came or it's just easy for them to say anything they want. I want an evidence to show them to me that they came. And now they want us to get the delivery in there office? We dont have time to do that. We waited all day just for the delivery and no one even called us. Did they really came at our building appartment? Their office is far away from us, we dont have time to go because as you know everyone is busy here in canada. Very bad experience. Poor service
