I have a very bad experience. Sad to say. We are waiting at our appartment the day the said they will deliver and no one knocks at our door the whole day. And after a few days of waiting and ask them again they claim that they came and can not enter the main door because it's locked. What? Did they really came? I want to see a picture by the main door as an evidence that they came, show me. Did they really came or it's just easy for them to say anything they want. I want an evidence to show them to me that they came. And now they want us to get the delivery in there office? We dont have time to do that. We waited all day just for the delivery and no one even called us. Did they really came at our building appartment? Their office is far away from us, we dont have time to go because as you know everyone is busy here in canada. Very bad experience. Poor service

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
