Purolator has had my package since last Wednesday in Prince George and can’t seem to find a way to ship it all the way to Fraser lake. Prompt reliable service

Absolute horrible service! My parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Since it needed a signature, we stayed home all day and no delivery! Not even an update on the tracker! Today, my husband stays home again! No delivery! The parcel was dropped off at the depot. The driver didn’t even make an attempt to deliver it my house. The address was clearly printed on the box. I found out the regular driver was on vacation for 2 weeks and this happens every, single time! Pur ola tôt you need to train your drivers to give your customers a better experience! You will no longer be delivering to my home. We are now going with your competitor! Customer service is obviously not your priority! Shameful!

Terrible…Such a disorganized, slow and useless company! My package is waiting in their Edmonton facility for 20 days now…. It was just and amazon return. Canada post& UPS you are the best!

They are not updating about parcels received or not just showing initial information due to this reason I contact with justanswer web site they charged me 42$ for conforming my parcel they are cheater peoples be careful about this website

Not happy with your service. First time no notification.Second time wanted to pick it up was told already on the truck. Same day they returned it to Shaw cable.I thought they supposed to hold it for five days, guess not.Third time still waiting for a call back and delivery.Very frustrating and disappointing service.

Terrible.... wanted a parcel delivered next day....I was offered 3 different times and prices as to what time I would like delivered next day... I chose most expensive and stated rush delivery The next day my parcel was NOT delivered at all...now I'm on the phone for over one hour trying to get to speak with someone to find out why my parcel, not only high priority 9am delivery, was not delivered at all The employee didn't seem affected, simply, it will have to go out tomorrow.....that is not what I paid for... No call back from Purolator as I was told I would shortly receive a call from expediter....nothing Get this, delivery was High Priority to a Solicitors office which opens at 9am....on day 2 of delivery, driver arrived at 8:58am and left stating could not deliver, office opens at 9am ....delivery time was scheduled for 9am...wait 2 minutes Finally, delivered almost 30 hours late I have asked for refund as I paid $140.00 for a delivery Purolator offered and did not provide service as offered and paid for Not the service Purolator offered in the past

Beware of this courier company, they just keeping the item for so long by their drivers and being stressed following up through their customers service with different updates. I went back and forth to the depot as shown where to pick up but the package is not there. This is the worst courier company and I wont ever deal with them anymore. Their drivers were unprofessional, lazy and doing their job.

Tracking number 334778778905. 25th June 2024. I've been at home all day, Purolator never delivers physical parcels. There were no door bell or phone call. Just delivery notice. Drivers have parcels in van but prepare delivery notice and leave it at door without taking out parcels from van. No action or apology when complaint was placed.

I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for a parcel to be delievered from my work. it has been to my hometown 3 times and sent back. i am so beyond frusterated. I will personally never use Purolator for delivery service. They are the WORST!!!!!!!!

They delivered a day early, but the cd was broken in half and they can't find the parcel in their system. Like it did not exist. Never a delivery without a problem. Awful company.

Tracking number 608739200566. 18th June 2024. Purolator never delivers physical parcels. No door bell or buzzer code. Just delivery notice. Drivers have parcels in van but prepare delivery notice in van and leave without taking out parcels from van. No action or apology when complaint is lodged. Company has policy to never deliver physical parcel but force clients to pick from warehouse or far off location. Caught red handed after watching live on CCTV.
