Terrible.... wanted a parcel delivered next day....I was offered 3 different times and prices as to what time I would like delivered next day... I chose most expensive and stated rush delivery The next day my parcel was NOT delivered at all...now I'm on the phone for over one hour trying to get to speak with someone to find out why my parcel, not only high priority 9am delivery, was not delivered at all The employee didn't seem affected, simply, it will have to go out tomorrow.....that is not what I paid for... No call back from Purolator as I was told I would shortly receive a call from expediter....nothing Get this, delivery was High Priority to a Solicitors office which opens at 9am....on day 2 of delivery, driver arrived at 8:58am and left stating could not deliver, office opens at 9am ....delivery time was scheduled for 9am...wait 2 minutes Finally, delivered almost 30 hours late I have asked for refund as I paid $140.00 for a delivery Purolator offered and did not provide service as offered and paid for Not the service Purolator offered in the past

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
