said i got my order delivered. this is a false statement. i had to go pick up from purolator. went to depot to find out not at that l ocation and had to back track on the bus to the other side of town to a pharmacy. i would never choose purolator. and shoe for crews should look for a better delivery source. on line systemfor purolator not accurate. yes i got free shipping to sydney bc which is 1 hour away frfrom victoria, and once in victoria i had to pick up. terrible terrible service. in the system says attempted delivery, which was false. shoes for crews should use ups.

Can't even deliver an eBike. I ended up cancelling my order from Bestbuy. What a joke!!!

20 percent of packages to me get lost or have to too damn long for arrival....

Very poor and unprofessional trucking system.. its been 15 days and my package is still showing in transit with no movement since last (when the distance from dropoff to delivery destination is around 30kms)

Have no idea how this company stays in business. Every review says the same thing! Nobody seems to be able to track their packages, find out where the packages are and they are not receiving their packages. My package is over a week late and I cannot get any answers on what has happened to it. Do yourself a favour and use another shipping company.

1)Impossible to get tracking answers. 2)Package was not delivered! 3)To get answers they want my credit card?

I was waiting for 2 packages came from the same place, shipped at the same place with same address. Delevery date friday 17. Si, friday I got 1 package only. The second one the tracker show a problem of adrdress and got a new tracker number( I don't know for what)!!!Actually I can't know where is my package(s)!!!

Trying to get information on where my package is or when it is coming is impossible. Was supposed to be delivered on May 12/24. Tracking info hasn’t moved in over a week with zero updates. This was a gift from my kids for Mother’s Day and we have no idea if my he package is even coming at this point

Said they attempted to deliver package, the notice was left on my neighbors front door. Which means that they couldn't even get the address right.

Is there a way to give ZERO stars? Why is my package still sitting in Etobicoke, Ont? Three days, and it hasn’t moved an inch! Why is Purolator called a Courier? This is the absolute WORST service I’ve ever had. Canada Post is SUPERFAST compared to Purlater, yeah, LATER! Much MUCH LATER! Why didn’t I have a choice to use another transporter? You SUCK!

Got a notice the Morning of May 16 my package to arrive by 8pm same day. At 8pm checked in and says package to arrive by May 22 ?!?!?!

Worst record for tracking! Why offer "track package" if you dont follow through?? NEVER UPDATED! Delivery is SLOWER THAN PONY EXPRESS! Pkgs. Seem to circle around same location 2-3 times, then suddenly go into opposite direction of destination. CONGRATULATIONS! You've outdone CANADA POST in lowest rating!
