Purolator Canada reviews

Apparently attempted delivery, told me package would be at a pick up Location - went to location and the package was not there - when I checked the tracking number again it said it was back out for delivery. I saw the purolator truck outside my building but they did not buzz me and when I went down to lobby there was a slip for another customer but not me. Went back to shopping centre and package is still not there.

I ordered a watch from Amazon, there has been two delays, I have checked you site, it seems to lost in transit. Purolator # 608824327050. I need this watch, it will be part of my exercise regiment. I would appreciate an answer on this matter. Thank You

I paid for delivery on Thursday night to be in Moncton from Ontario by Monday at noon. This envelope had all the documents to close my real estate sale to the lawyers. Purolator sent my package to Richmond BC I have now missed the closing of a real estate sale. I can’t get a human at purolator to talk too, the last update is it’s processed in Richmond 3 days ago and nothing further. Wouldn’t surprise me if people on the inside go through the papers for information to steal then repackage it or lose it. NEVER TRUST PUROLATOR FOR HONEST SERVICE

purolator, you may want to look at an average of 2 stars for few thousand reviews. Good grief its maddening to observe a parcel stay put in your facility for a week without moving. Whats up with that. The vendor is pulling his hair out because he had promised me my purchase a week ago already and its still not here. Maybe you should take a look at what you are saying you are. You are not a courier but maybe a low end budget shipping service.

Pathetic. Bell sent me a replacement remote. I was never notified where it was and no one left any info as to the status. I have a tracking number and even that can’t tell me the status of my delivery. Never use this company!

Worst service in my lifetime. They charge money for answering questions regarding shipment. I suggest to Rona to use ups.

said i got my order delivered. this is a false statement. i had to go pick up from purolator. went to depot to find out not at that l ocation and had to back track on the bus to the other side of town to a pharmacy. i would never choose purolator. and shoe for crews should look for a better delivery source. on line systemfor purolator not accurate. yes i got free shipping to sydney bc which is 1 hour away frfrom victoria, and once in victoria i had to pick up. terrible terrible service. in the system says attempted delivery, which was false. shoes for crews should use ups.

Can't even deliver an eBike. I ended up cancelling my order from Bestbuy. What a joke!!!

20 percent of packages to me get lost or have to too damn long for arrival....

Very poor and unprofessional trucking system.. its been 15 days and my package is still showing in transit with no movement since last (when the distance from dropoff to delivery destination is around 30kms)

Have no idea how this company stays in business. Every review says the same thing! Nobody seems to be able to track their packages, find out where the packages are and they are not receiving their packages. My package is over a week late and I cannot get any answers on what has happened to it. Do yourself a favour and use another shipping company.

1)Impossible to get tracking answers. 2)Package was not delivered! 3)To get answers they want my credit card?

I was waiting for 2 packages came from the same place, shipped at the same place with same address. Delevery date friday 17. Si, friday I got 1 package only. The second one the tracker show a problem of adrdress and got a new tracker number( I don't know for what)!!!Actually I can't know where is my package(s)!!!
