I’m unhappy because the delivery person would come into my building with a sticky note to pick up my package when they were inside and could have delivered it.

I had my worst experience with purolator. My parcel came 1 week in advance and the delivery guy called me while i was at work. I said i will have my friend to come and collect the parcel. He said he can't wait for a minute or can't leave it outside. When i said it is my responsibility he said i have to give it in writing note. It was a phone call and how am i supposed to do that. And he was so rude to me. I wish i could give negative star.

Worst delivery driver ever. I was out of town arranged to have my package dropped off at a near by depot. Saw him on my door bell cam. Talked to him and he refused to take it to the depot claiming it was heavy…. I’m 60, he was 1/2 my age and fit….. poor service. Please don’t use these people

Wasn’t happy with Purolator this time. My package was delivered 5 days later that it was suppose to be. It was undeliverable because the box was very damaged. After they finally taped the package all up, they delivered it to the wrong house. Not impressed! The office staff were very nice when I finally got to talk to someone.

A small package sent from Etobicoke, Ontario, to Ottawa, Ontario, ended up in Indiana, USA, after a day in transit. In addition to blatant incompetence, the customer service is nonexistent: it’s impossible to reach anyone for precise information about the status of my order. Every attempt to contact them resulted in a busy line or a useless automated response. Their tracking system is archaic and useless, and the app doesn’t offer anything useful. I strongly advise against using their services and will certainly not be using them again in the future.

Awful. Not only late but there was no message or contact to inform me that it was running late. And after I looked into it, there was no new estimated or guaranteed delivery date. In any case that I can avoid it, I will never use purolator again. Based on the reviews here it looks like this is the standard they uphold for level of service. Unacceptable

This is the worst customer service ever. No attempted delivery of my package though I waited all day. Contacted customer care to make arrangements for delivery. Keep getting the same answer.. we will let you know should be out in a day or two. No updates no delivery.The only notification I am receiving is that I have 5 days to pick it up from the depot REALLY NO DELIVERY OR RESOLUTION …..JUST INEPT PROMISES OF ACTUAL SERVICE

Worse service ever, package is not at my house and not at the convenience store on my phone mail. No one answers the phone, this is hopeless will never use this service again.
