  • A small package sent from Etobicoke, Ontario, to Ottawa, Ontario, ended up in Indiana, USA, after a day in transit. In addition to blatant incompetence, the customer service is nonexistent: it’s impossible to reach anyone for precise information about the status of my order. Every attempt to contact them resulted in a busy line or a useless automated response. Their tracking system is archaic and useless, and the app doesn’t offer anything useful. I strongly advise against using their services and will certainly not be using them again in the future.

  • Awful. Not only late but there was no message or contact to inform me that it was running late. And after I looked into it, there was no new estimated or guaranteed delivery date. In any case that I can avoid it, I will never use purolator again. Based on the reviews here it looks like this is the standard they uphold for level of service. Unacceptable

  • This is the worst customer service ever. No attempted delivery of my package though I waited all day. Contacted customer care to make arrangements for delivery. Keep getting the same answer.. we will let you know should be out in a day or two. No updates no delivery.The only notification I am receiving is that I have 5 days to pick it up from the depot REALLY NO DELIVERY OR RESOLUTION …..JUST INEPT PROMISES OF ACTUAL SERVICE

  • Apparently attempted delivery, told me package would be at a pick up Location - went to location and the package was not there - when I checked the tracking number again it said it was back out for delivery. I saw the purolator truck outside my building but they did not buzz me and when I went down to lobby there was a slip for another customer but not me. Went back to shopping centre and package is still not there.

  • I paid for delivery on Thursday night to be in Moncton from Ontario by Monday at noon. This envelope had all the documents to close my real estate sale to the lawyers. Purolator sent my package to Richmond BC I have now missed the closing of a real estate sale. I can’t get a human at purolator to talk too, the last update is it’s processed in Richmond 3 days ago and nothing further. Wouldn’t surprise me if people on the inside go through the papers for information to steal then repackage it or lose it. NEVER TRUST PUROLATOR FOR HONEST SERVICE

  • purolator, you may want to look at an average of 2 stars for few thousand reviews. Good grief its maddening to observe a parcel stay put in your facility for a week without moving. Whats up with that. The vendor is pulling his hair out because he had promised me my purchase a week ago already and its still not here. Maybe you should take a look at what you are saying you are. You are not a courier but maybe a low end budget shipping service.

  • Pathetic. Bell sent me a replacement remote. I was never notified where it was and no one left any info as to the status. I have a tracking number and even that can’t tell me the status of my delivery. Never use this company!
