Tracking is good. Its stupidity of driver to not read door screen to scroll down to door number and press on it which dials my phone number. 3 deliveries and 3 drivers all just trying to press in our door number. Which gives a busy signal. Thats not a good record . and ups has always called when on way. Then buzzes us properly. Not purolater.0 out of 3 tries. Wow. I would really talk to drivers about reading door screen and learn to not press in door number but to scroll down to it.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
