What is going on with my parcel???? Was told I'd have it in 2 or 3 days !!! It's been exactly 2 WEEKS!!!! AND NOW I JUST SEE THAT IT WENT FROM QUEBEC TO BURLINGTON ONTARIO! WHICH IS FATHER FROM WHERE IM AT! BY THE LOOK OF THESE REVIEWS SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE WAY THINGS ARE BEING RUN THERE OR YOUGUYS ARE GONNA START LOSING ALOT OF BUSINESS! If I don't get my parcel by tomorrow you'll be returning it and I'll just start dealing with another courier. Unacceptable!

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
