Single evelope to be delivered shkuld have been here over a week ago. No one to answer when it will arrive! This site wants me to pay for information on delivery time. IM NOT PAYING YOU TO TELK ME WHY IT ISNT HERE YET! canada post ciukd have deliveres it over a week ago!! Purolator is the worst ive ever seen at on time delivery!! And im a trucker so i know how long it takes. Fed ex would have had it here over a week ago too! Purolato.... you suck!!

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
