Ok so why is it the you get an update that the shipment is delayed after the promised time and date. I took the day off work to make sure that the I got the package. So I looked and it was going to be monday by 8pm. Looked monday at 730 and i was still going to receive the package. Then nothing by 8 pm and now it tells me that the package will be delayed 2 to 3 days. I understand it can happen but why not let me know a head of time. Very unprofessional. Last time I use purolator

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
