The most unprofessional company ever. The driver never take his arse out the truck to delivery a package not even to let a notification, I just got an email "we sorry we missed you" while I was home all day long patiently waiting for my package and the doorbell not even rang. The customer service is awful, even worst than the delivery drivers, the chat and the phone number are useless, completely useless, all they do is to tell you "I dont know" in many different ways and they never help with anything!!! Purolator, please do us a great work and close your doors, Purolator is a shame as a company...a huge shame!!!

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
