When are these courier companies going to do something about their lazy delivery staff who decide not to deliver packages to condo dwellers. Even when they buzz the residence and are buzzed into the building they have the audacity to fill out a“sorry we missed you sticker” and leave it in the foyer, forcing the resident to go to some hole in the wall to pick up the parcel they paid extra to have delivered. Furthermore I’ve been on hold with Porolator customer service for 35 minutes.

After their failure to deliver my parcel they asked for 2 dollars to get a online chat with assistant!!

Has been delivering to the wrong address in my town, obviously the driver can't read English aswell has damaged items that cost a few hundred dollars. Currently waiting today may 2nd 2024 for a package that was apparently picked up a 10:00am this morning and still hasn't been delivered but could be at the wrong address again
