I personally dont even think they deserve 1 star but 0 stars wasnt an option. Literally the worst shipping company EVER! I purchase alot of things online and not ONCE had purolator been on time with delivery. Matter of fact, they are easily 4-7 days late (once they were 3 weeks late) and if not late; my parcel either ends up lost or delivered to another address. When i worked for Canada Post purolator was the top priority mail option, of course with the highest cost. They arent worth 5 cents now. They use covid as an excuse; all other carriers still manage in the exact same pandemic.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
