Worst delivery company ever. They do not get required signatures, they drop packages at your door without so much as ringing the doorbell and then the driver actually lied about the signature, saying he received a verbal signature. He did not. This week the delivery man put a note on my mailbox saying “sorry we missed you, come pick it up tomorrow “. Well, I was home. No knock out doorbell. Simply put a notification without even trying to give me my package. DO NOT USE PUROLATOR IF YIU NEED YOUR PACKAGE TO ARRIVE SAFELY! Twice they left our medication on the doorstep and left our gate open for any junkie to steal the clearly marked pharmacy box. I was home both days. My dogs told me our package was on the doorstep. Complaining is useless. Drivers repeat shitty service every time. One star is too much credit. They don’t deserve any stars at all. Epic fail with every delivery. No I don’t choose Purolator, ever. Sadly, the shippers do. I never would.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
