purolator is the worst carrier ever!!! after waiting 10 days for a late package that I kept tracking every day the day they said it was out for delivery is the same day they sent it back to the seller , no notice , no nothing on my door or in my mail box , calling them to find out wtf , is like banging your head on a wall , after spending 10 min dealing with the automated system I had to hang up to go to work still not having talked to a human, if I could give them less then 1 I would

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
